Dr. Peter DiCorleto, MD holds a Master of Science in Molecular Genetics which he received from the University of Connecticut Graduate School. He obtained his medical degree in 1979 from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center in 1982. Dr. DiCorleto has prior experience as a Doctor of Internal Medicine and has operated his own private practice dating back to 1982. He is a member of the Tennessee Medical Association, Stones River Academy of Medicine, and the American College of Physicians. He had the pleasure of serving as the Chief of Staff at Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital from 2016 to 2017 and still holds a position as an active/courtesy staff member with hospital privileges.  He is a devoted husband to his wife Margaret, and his hobbies include farming and raising cattle.
